UPDATE 4/12/21 – The District has stated that the issue not allowing your office phone to be used as the second verification step has been resolved. Contact the Help Desk if you need assistance.
Also, some new alternative options are being developed as well.
In response to the Cyber Attack experienced by IT recently, The District has unilaterally implemented a two step verification process that mandated employees use their own personal phones to execute.
The District has NO AUTHORITY to make such a mandate. If your office work number does not work or you are locked out of the system, please, respectfully, call the Help Desk and inform them that the system is not working with the office phone number.
Remember, you are under no obligation to supply the District with your own personal phone number for verification purposes.
