Dear Members:
In accordance with the Constitution of the Professional, Clerical and Technical Employees Association, “All Regular Elections shall be held in the month of May.”
This year there will be elections for the Office of Executive Board. The Executive Board position is for a 2-year term, and there are six (6) positions.
Those Running for the Executive Board, in order of randomly selected ballot position, are:

7A Colette Clemons nominated by Barbara Reeves
8A Constance Calteaux nominated by Kimberly German
One nominee declined and will not appear on the ballot.
ELECTIONS SHALL BE HELD ON FRIDAY, MAY 1, 2026 AT THE BUFFALO IRISH CENTER, 245 ABBOTT RD, BUFFALO, NY 14220 from 7:30AM until 4:30PM.
Any employee who is a dues-paying member, which will be certified by the latest check-off roster nearest the May 1, 2026, date, is eligible to vote. Identification must be shown to vote. All PCTEA members are afforded 2 hours off from work to vote in Union elections.
