Prior to November 18th, Clerks were required to report to school buildings no more than 2 days per week. By notice to all district employees, Superintendent Cash indicated that employees should work “5-day remote only modality”. In addition he indicated that physical presence shall be by “volunteer scheduling” only. Without further illustration or clear, concise guidance from the HR department, you cannot be required to report to buildings more than two days a week.
If your principal is requiring you to increase your reporting in to more than two days a week, please report this situation to your union representative immediately.
