PCTEA Members:
Nominations were held for the offices of Vice President, Treasurer, Recording Secretary and Sergeant-at-Arms as announced at our 3/25/25 General Meeting. Below are the nominations:
Vice President (2 year term):
Matthew Baudo was nominated by Chris Drumm
Treasurer (2 year term):
Talisha Colston was nominated by Darquisha Colston
Recording Secretary (2 year term):
Kim Whelan was nominated by Delores Foxworth
Sergeant-at-Arms (2 year term):
Audrienne Giles was nominated by Mary Chella
As per the PCTEA Constitution, By-Laws and Election Code: “When there is only one nominee for an office and when that nominee has indicated he/she will accept the office, the unopposed candidate should be delcared elected by the chairperson and the Recording Secretary be directed to cast one vote for the nominee.”
As chairperson of the meeting, PCTEA President Ed Klavoon confirmed that the nominees were intending to accept the offices they were nominated for, declared each of them elected for these respective offices, and directed the Recording Secretary to cast one vote for each nominee.
As such there will be no election held on May 2, 2025 as previously scheduled.
