1) The first thing to do is to CALL Highmark (1-888-299-2263) in order to set up an account (highmark.com/bcbswny) and to to try to resolve the issue with Highmark directly.
ONLY GO TO STEP 2 IF THE PROBLEM STILL REMAINS UNRESOLVED after contacting Highmark

Include your Call / Incident Number…you will need to ask the Highmark rep for it before you end your call
