Dear PCTEA Members,
Due to the pandemic and it’s impact on Central Office personnel , PCTEA has entered into an agreement with The District allowing Central Office worker’s the ability to automatically rollover 15 vacation days without Department Head approval for this year only. Our contract allows for only 5 days automatic vacation rollover with up to 10 more days only with Department Day approval.
Again, this MOU allows for the automatic rollover of up to 15 days without supervisor approval for Central Office staff (including Security) only. The District would not agree to School Clerical being included in this MOU as they have already been off due to the closing of schools.
15 vacation days will be the maximum you will be allowed to rollover going into the 2020-2021 school year and the agreement is for this rollover period only and will not apply to any previous or subsequent years.
School Clerical will still be able to roll over 5 days automatically and up to 10 more with Department Head approval as per our contract
