Dear Members,
Due to the Coronavirus outbreak and the corresponding restrictions placed on the general population and all NYS businesses, all upcoming PCTEA activities including the nominations General Meeting that was to be held on March 24, 2020, The PCTEA Happy Hour/ Spring Social that was to be held on April 9, 2020 and the PCTEA Elections that were to take place on May 1, 2020 will have to be cancelled for now. More cancellations may follow depending on the severity of the outbreak as well as any new or extended New York State restrictions. PCTEA will make every effort to reschedule what we can once the outbreak is contained and life goes back to normal.
In the meantime, please follow all safety precautions even if you are not in the high risk pool. If you feel ill, please get tested ASAP.

Employees working normal hours DO NOT need to sign in to Emp Center during this time but you must remain available during work hours.
Please note that HR is still posting and filling positions during this time. Make sure you continue to check your district and personal email as well as the district website. You can still sign up for Civil Service exams online even if the actual examination dates are delayed due to the outbreak. You may not be able to sign up later.
