WHEREAS, PCTEA desires to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of our meetings and membership; therefore be it RESOLVED, that photography and audio or video recording is strictly prohibited at all meetings where official Union Business is conducted; and be it further RESOLVED, that members suspected of violating this policy will be required to leave the meeting immediately and may be subject to formal charges as dictated by the Constitution and By-Laws of PCTEA.
